Who likes to Work out? Ummmn not me! I really need motivation, but once I have it I really am determined to stick with it. I found all these fun " Challenge" workouts on of course Pinterest. it keeps it fun for me which I need because I get bored very easily with workouts. The first one I am going to do is the 30 day squat challenge! Today is day numero uno! 50! Wish me Luck!
